Who We Are - Our Team

Susie SilvestriSusie Silvestri

“Being in nature is what  quiets my soul and nourishes my spirit.

PMG is the fulfillment of a life long dream and desire to make a difference in this world; a dream to create a place where people can connect with nature and all of her beauty. A place where people from all walks of life can come together to celebrate life and who we are, a safe and nurturing place where one can embrace the healing energy of Mother Earth- Pacha Mama,

We have been blessed to be stewards of this beautiful land; it is an honor and a delight to be able to share it with you."

Susie Silvestri is a noted public speaker, events coordinator, educator, an author on How to Live a Stress-Less Life through peaceful living and a kayak trip leader. She is also a Holistic Health Practioner, has been a Massage Therapist since 1987 and has her B.A. in Humanistic Studies.

Vicki MorganVicki Morgan

“For me, this project is a continuation of what began with the San Diego Women’s Drum Circle. My life’s work is about building communities in support of the beauty and diversity of all spiritual beliefs and walks of life. My roots are from a large family that
understands the value and importance of working together, playing together and sharing.

It has been a vision and dream to bring people together in a place that is inviting, inclusive, nurturing, healing and accepting. I have discovered that it is from this place that we truly grow, blossom and thrive into all we are born to be.”

Vicki Morgan is the founding mother of the San Diego Women’s Drum Circle which has been meeting every month since 1998. She is a professional Massage Therapist since 1993 and is a certified doula. Vicki is a successful event planner, avid drummer and drum circle facilitator.

Elisa KisselburgElisa Kisselburg

“Through laughter, joy, sharing and connecting with the Earth, which is one of our greatest teachers, Pacha Mama’s Grove allows me to bring together all of my life’s lessons as student and teacher.

I want to live my life as fully and authentically as possible. It is my hope for all of us, from all of our various walks of life, that this retreat center will provide the opportunity for us to gather and to discover our own authenticity and greatest potential.

I want to inspire and motivate others and to lead through service. May my gifts to Pacha Mama’s Grove honor the source from which they come.”

Elisa Kisselburg has been leading outdoor education trips for people of all ages for many years. She has been leading and organizing retreats for colleges, universities, small businesses, and special interest groups and non-profit organizations since 1990. Elisa has been facilitating and organizing drum workshops, retreats and performances since1992. Elisa practices family law in San Diego, California.

Diane EllisDiane Ellis

“God placed me on the earth to love others, to extend my helping hand of kindness, to sing, dance and witness.....to lead others of all races, creeds and colors to a place of sharing gifts, talents, and achievement through spirit and collaboration.

God's calling for me is to help all those who hear the call, to strive to be better than I was yesterday, to join hands and help those in need.

My heart sees the possibilities of expanding love and kindness - of the journey - to go with the river of life that flows on to the celebration, to happiness.
I am so happy and proud to bring my knowledge and heart to the celebration."

Diane Ellis holds an MBA in finance from Loyola. She is a team builder, event producer, song writer, and occasional musician.......her morning runs and deep dedication to her long time friends are her joy and inspiration.
